"Education for All on the Web" is the theme for the 13th International Web for All Conference (W4A’16) to be held in Montreal, Canada, April 11-13th 2016. W4A’16 will be co-located with the 25th International World Wide Web Conference (WWW’16).

Submissions should detail novel engineering solutions and scientific insights into Web and Mobile technologies that impact the needs of diverse learners, and may be one of the following forms:
10-page technical papers (best paper award $2,000)
4-page communication papers (best paper award $1,000)
2-page extended abstracts for the Paciello Group Web Accessibility Challenge Award
2-page extended abstracts for the Google Doctoral Consortium competition (6 x $1,000)
Student authors qualify for the Student Grant Award (4 x $500)
Additional scholarships are available to students with physical disabilities (2 x $2,500)
All peer-reviewed submissions are published in the ACM Digital Library
All W4A winners will be featured in the ABILITY Magazine editorial
