I'm presently working on a VBM analysis project and have a couple of questions:
1) When I go to define the contrasts after creating a model with my covariates, the all-white 'Mean' column appears on the left side of my predictors. In the videos and guides I watched about this step, the 'Mean' column appeared to the right of their predictors so I was wondering if there is a reason mine isn't.
2) After running my analyses, 9 clusters came up as significant. When I pulled the MNI coordinates and put them into MRIcron to find the associated brain areas, 3 of them were off map and did not correspond to a Brodmann area. Upon visual inspection in an overlay, one of the clusters appears to be in the low cerebellum and the other two appear to be in the ventricles. I ran into no errors during preprocessing and quality checked all the data. Should I be worried there was an error in segmentation/how can I check for this?
Thanks!
