If you are a young researcher interested in participating in a workshop to encourage international collaboration please see the announcement below and attached files. Ideally young researchers should have several years postdoctoral experience but no more than 10 years since completing their PhD. Let me know if you have any queries.

Call for participants to UK/Brazil Young Researcher Links Workshop on: 

Basic Science of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging



Under the Researcher Links scheme offered within the Newton Fund, the British Council, CNPq and CONFAP will be holding a workshop on the above theme in Recife, Brazil, on 1-5 March, 2016. The workshop is being coordinated by Professor Brian Hutton (University College London) and Professor Helen Khoury (Federal University of Pernambuco), and will have contributions from other leading researchers. We are now inviting Early Career Researchers from the UK and Brazil to apply to attend this workshop. All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the Researcher Links programme. The application form and more details on the initiative are attached. Interested persons, who meet the eligibility criteria, should send a completed application form to [log in to unmask]  before the deadline of December 24, 2015. Late applications will not be considered. Anyone with queries should direct these to the same address.
