We cordially invite you to David Gauntlett’s introduction to his new book and other new work this Thursday at our Regent Street Campus.
“Making Media Studies” is turning media studies on its head, proposing a vision of media studies based around doing and making. Media studies should not, so David's thesis, be about the acquisition of skills as such, but an experience of building knowledge and understanding through creative hands-on engagement with all kinds of media.
