Hello Sharon,
not so much a resource, more a valuable lesson recently learned from Will
Shepherd (who is speaking at our Future Ready Symposium next week).
Will is in the graduate recruitment industry and, in preparing for the
event, has been discussing with us the growing use of video interviewing.
The video interviews take three forms:
1. A straightforward Skype interview (hint - practice interviewing on
Skype)
2. Group webinars where Œinterviewees' are asked to contribute (hint -
practice participating on a webinar)
3. A recorded Œinterview¹ where applicants create a video (on their phone
or directly into a specialist system) answering pre-scripted questions
(hint - practice answering questions into your phone¹s camera)
From what I understand all of these methods are part of a screening
process prior to a full F2F interview
You can meet/hear Will talk on 3rd December in Birmingham

Very best
Shane
