Hi All,
I have a problem with movie refinement and it seems to be related to variable frame numbers in different movies.
Basically, I got this error message: "unequal number of frames in groupgroup_14 File: src/ml_model.cpp line: 599" and I realised there was some data included from a small test with less frames than the rest of the movies.
I thought it should be an easy fix just by deleting these lines from the particles_movie.star file. So, I deleted them and checked in particles_movie.star whether all frames have the same numbers. They did and I re-ran the job but it still gave the same message: "unequal number of frames in groupgroup_14 File: src/ml_model.cpp line: 599"
Then I went back to the 3D classification results, deleted all the faulty lines from the data.star, selected good classes, regrouped them, did the 3D refinement and ran the movie refinement again using the "correct" (all frame numbers are the same) particles_movie.star but it still gave the same error...
So to my knowledge all movies should have the same frame number but they don't somehow.
- What to do to see which particular movie in a group causes this error? There are hundreds of different movies in this group, more specific error log would be helpful..
- Could it be that there's a faulty movie_particle.mrcs file in Particles/frames directory responsible for this message? For example, there was an error during the movie_particle extraction and not every frame info was written properly.
- How to check whether extracted movie_particle.mrcs files actually have the right number of frames?
Many thanks for your comments!
