I am in the point of generating figures for my 3D refined map.
I am looking for a way to generate 2D projections (back projections) from my final 3D refined map and then matching those 2D projections with 2D class averages (i.e. generating 2D projections at certain euler angles and then also showing 2d class averages at the same euler angles).
Ideally, a figure would have a set of 1) 2D projections of a 3D refined map followed by 2) corresponding 2D class averages followed by 3) particles representing each 2D class average.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you might have.
