The Role
Come and put data and analytics at the heart of customer communications! Lead the creation of targeting and test and learn strategies including segmentation, next best action, event triggers and channel/message optimisation which improve campaign delivery and increase marketing ROI.
Lead the ongoing development of campaign selection policies and processes, increasing automation and freeing up capacity to focus more on adding value through analysis, insight and reporting.
Highly numerate, data literate, analytical and commercially minded, you will need to be proactive and possess sophisticated communication skills including the ability to listen, able to influence and persuade others in a positive manner in order to partner with other parts of the marketing team and create business impact.
