Hello Melissa
Here is a link to a test image with relevant fields filled in with label data.
http://metadatadeluxe.pbworks.com/w/page/96879435/IPTC%20CH
Please take a look at the heritage metadata panel with which you can view the IPTC AO fields.

To view best practice, you can download images from the PCF Your Paintings Web site
http://www.bbc.co.uk/arts/yourpaintings
but be warned we have made improvements and the new web site (coming early next year) will have improved metadata to latest IPTC standards.
Key areas of good practice:
1. Cover the 3 C’s Caption, Credit, Copyright and Image Number
2. Use IPTC extension fields to separate photo and artwork information
3. Concatenate key data into the Description field
Use the Heritage panel for Bridge (as above) to view and enter data. (there is also an import/export facility).
Good luck and do come back for more help.
All best
Sarah
