Dear Matthew,
I have one more question regarding the value of the cost function when using BBR since, unfortunately, it is not described in the reference https://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/analysis/techrep/tr02mj1/tr02mj1/node4.html.
Based on the publication ftp://ftp.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/articles/greve.2009.ni.63.BBR.pdf I gather that the the cost of 0.5 is closest to the optimum finding. Is this right? The cost value that I am getting for a good coregistration (assessment based on visual inspection) is 0.504748. Would this be considered a good coregistration value?
Best regards,
Chris
