Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Records Manager with focus on User Education & Awareness at the Bank of England, City of London:
We are looking for an Assistant Records Manager to join the Records Management Team which provides a Bank-wide service of policy development, user education, compliance monitoring, operational delivery and continuous improvement in the area of Records & Information Management. The service deals primarily with electronic information across a variety and broadening range of systems. It also delivers a traditional paper records storage and retrieval service. This role will be involved in all aspects of delivering this service but with a particular focus on user education and awareness (UEA). The UEA component of the role involves designing and delivering a rolling annual communications plan to ensure that all Bank staff, including those with specific records management responsibilities, are appropriately informed and trained in order to meet their record keeping obligations and to deliver a consistent and compliant approach to records management across the Bank. Applicants should hold a professional qualification in Records Management and have demonstrable experience of planning, designing and delivering user education and training.
