Dear all,
I have computed a (paired) t-map to seek differences between two groups when subjects are carrying out a task. As I have not found any difference in the SPM, I can conclude that the same regions are activated in both groups. Nevertheless, I suspect that the baseline (and the PSC index) could change after the treatment is applied. Then, my question is: Does it make sense to compute the PSC index for each voxel and seek differences between groups in this way? I have read about computing PSC per region once a statistical map is extracted but not in a voxel-wise manner.
I would appreciate any suggestion/recommendation.
Best regards,
Antonio
