PhD Studentships in Film, Theatre & Television at the University of Reading, 2016-17
Film, Theatre & Television at the University of Reading is pleased to invite applications for applications for PhD studentships, through its involvement in the AHRC South West and Wales Doctoral Training Partnership (SWW DTP). The SWW DTP expects to fund around 56 studentships in 2016-17. For full details see the Consortium website: http://www.sww-ahdtp.ac.uk
Our research culture addresses:
• the close analysis of films, performances and television programmes
• histories of practitioners, movements, institutions and genres
• practice in performance and film that aims to answer research questions
• the contexts and cultural significance of cinema, theatre and television
