Hello,
I'm so glad you asked - the Quality Metrics will be open source and published to coincide with the launch of the new Culture Counts website (before December). I'm very happy to share them on the different lists when they get published - getting feedback from the sector has been part of their development from the start.
Best wishes
Alison

HelloThis is a really interesting project. It would be good to keep up a discussion here about how digital specialists can contribute to evaluation, by working better with data, and by contributing generally to evaluating the quality of cultural experiences. Is it possible that the actual Quality Metrics framework can be shared without having to participate in the trial? For example, shared here, on the GEM list and the Visitor Studies Group list? Then it could be possible for us to discuss it and feed ideas in to the evaluation of the trial?
Best wishesBridget

Dear all,
Please see below regarding a current opportunity that may be of interest:
National UK trial of Culture Counts launched October 2015 Starting this autumn, National Portfolio Organisations and Major Partner Museums are invited to participate in a free, nationwide test of the Quality Metrics framework with each participating NPO and MPM undertaking a minimum of three evaluations of events, performances or exhibitions between November 2015 and March 2016. Supported by Arts Council England, this is the first attempt at measuring quality with this approach across the portfolio. The project will run as a national trial until the end of March 2016 and will be delivered by Culture Counts.Quality Metrics is a sector-led metrics framework that uses self, peer and public assessment to capture the quality of arts and cultural work.Enabling a new cohort of organisations to measure quality in this way is a fantastic opportunity for participating NPOs and MPMs to help to shape how arts and culture is evaluated at scale in England, and will greatly increase public understanding around the measurement of cultural value. For more information and to submit an expression of interest visit: https://culturecounts.cc/expression-of-interest Expressions of interest to take part are due by 6pm Friday 23rd October 2015
