Thanks Andrew - 'collaborative support' is a lovely phrase!
I'd also like to add a plea for people to spell out any acronyms used in your posts, including domain-specific jargon, organisation or event names.
These posts go to thousands of people from a huge range of backgrounds so it'll help your message be understood by all those readers.
