Hi,
Thanks Eelke!! It worked for me.
My $FSLDIR is in another folder, so I had to do:
sudo install_name_tool -change /usr/X11R6/lib/libSM.6.dylib
/usr/X11/lib/libSM.6.dylib
$FSLDIR/bin/fslview.app/Contents/MacOS/fslview
sudo install_name_tool -change /usr/X11R6/lib/libICE.6.dylib
/usr/X11/lib/libICE.6.dylib
$FSLDIR/bin/fslview.app/Contents/MacOS/fslview
sudo install_name_tool -change /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.6.dylib
/usr/X11/lib/libX11.6.dylib
$FSLDIR/bin/fslview.app/Contents/MacOS/fslview
sudo install_name_tool -change /usr/X11R6/lib/libXext.6.dylib
/usr/X11/lib/libXext.6.dylib
$FSLDIR/bin/fslview.app/Contents/MacOS/fslview
Cheers,
Alex
