Hi FSL experts
I want to estimate the fibre orientation ODF using q-bal.
I run bedpostx 2-fiber model per voxel, 5000 probabilistic streamlines for each tract with a fixed separation distance of 0.5 mm between successive points to generate the underlying white matter connectivity data .
The output of bedpostx is a collection of files:
dyads1.nii.gz
dyads2.nii.gz
mean_f1samples.nii.gz
mean_f2samples.nii.gz
merged_f1samples.nii.gz
merged_f2samples.nii.gz
merged_ph1samples.nii.gz
merged_ph2samples.nii.gz
merged_th1samples.nii.gz
merged_th2samples.nii.gz
I am just confused at this point. How can I calculate ODF ?
is it by using the command "fslstats" as the following:
fslstats mean_f1samples.nii.gz.nii.gz -M
I highly appreciate your help
Thanks
Jon
