Dear rohit kumar,
according to the documentation, the first argument to 'isomesh' is the mesh
object being created, the second one is the map being used for it. Hence,
maybe the command
PyMOL>isomesh m2, m1, 1.5, (A/10-15/), carve=1.8
would work?
