RefMe is on my iPad for use with my personal research but being the start of the term I've not really used it in earnest yet. Zotero is a tool I've used more for helping keep track of research but it doesn't offer the same referencing alternatives - though I like the way it offers options for tagging and accompanying notes.
I'm sure others will have more experience of this and I'd be interested personally in any suggestions!

I'm wondering if you can be more specific about what you mean by referencing apps?
Do you mean apps that a will help students source academic/scholarly information ? Apps that will help advise them about how to reference their research material (reference books, journals, websites) appropriately?
One that I have heard of but not used is https://www.refme.com/e/ which helps people automate, annotate and manage their references. As well as being an app it has a bookmarklet that you can add to your browser I believe.
Anyone else on this mail list use or know of any referencing apps or want share their thoughts?
