Dear niels,
I highly appreciate your respnonse.
Kindly what do you mean by " VSCALING parameter".
Which flag I should use as an option in SIENAX?
Thanks a lot!
Hi - the closes thing you'll get is the VSCALING parameter from SIENAX. This is a normalization factor to corrected for head size. It's derived from a skull-constrained registration of a given brain to standard space. This value is inversely related to head size. So it's not circumference, but maybe it will suit your needs.

Dear FSL experts,
I want to inquire if there is any tool (script) or method in FSL that can help to calculate the head circumference from MPRAGE ?
Thanks for any advice!
