Hi,
I wanted to create a DARTEL template from roughly 800 images but it
fails with the error: Array dimensions must match for binary array op.
I know that is usually caused by using the "segmented images" (c*)
instead of the "DARTEL imported images" (rc*) but AFAICT the batch
correctly uses the DARTEL imported images and I successfully run DARTEL
on a small number of images (3). Therefore I guess that the problem
comes from the images.
I was wondering if some badly segmented images could cause DARTEL to
crash? Perhaps some images contain invalid values (due to poor
segmentation or crash of the new segment procedure)? In such a case I
guess the only option is to check the images and don't use the bad ones.
Thanks in advance,
Mathieu
