Hi,
has anyone any experience of using search tools for shared network drives? I understand that Google Desktop is no longer available.
Have had a look at Copernic - (has anyone used that?) and wondering what else might be out there?
We use Treesize to analyse the drives so we know how many files there are, level of duplication, volumes in GB, file types and so on. Treesize does have search capability, but it's slow (we might be able to configure in a different way - could we roll it out at enterprise level?)
We are a relatively small organisation - about 300 users.
Any thoughts or pointers to *software tools * that could help with searching would be appreciated
thanks
Danny
