Hi
I have attached a document on migraine and employment. Read P6 onwards for a discussion specifically about migraines and the Equality Act. I have also attached another useful doc which has lots of examples of different health conditions including one on migraine. In the appendix there is also a useful list of what is not considered reasonable to include under the act.

Help please oh wise ones. I have a lady with Migraines and has had 2 absences since April this year. She did not declare this as a disability and indeed I don't feel that it is but is now suggesting it might be and should be taken into account with her absences,. She did declare Migraine and "manageable with medication". Your comments would be appreciated.
