3rd UK MathSpeak Conference and Exhibition – Friday November 27th, 2015 at America Sq. Conference Centre, London

OCR, Edexcel and AQA among many others are all confirmed to be at the third MathSpeak conference on 27th November, in London. This conference offers the ideal opportunity to get up to date with all the latest technology, policy and qualification developments in the ever changing 14 to 19 Mathematics landscape. Only a few days for early booking discount remain, so do not miss out.

With huge pressures facing Maths departments this conference is specifically designed for Head of Maths and school leaders with Maths department responsibilities. It will feature practical, hands on sessions and presentations that will provide invaluable assistance to running any Maths department.

Hear first hand from current practitioners how they have implemented and addressed some of the key issues around implementing the new curriculum within their school and the impact of technology and e--assessment on the classroom and qualifications. There will be a particular emphasis on problem solving in all of these sessions. We will also be paying particular attention to the changes at KS5 in one of our hands on sessions.

In addition, you will hear from leading figures from within the Mathematical Arena including the brilliant Dr. Hannah Fry who will be talking about her most recent book, ‘The mathematics of love’.

This conference is designed to be genuinely interactive allowing for questions and discussions to take place throughout the day with all speakers and and at all the sessions. All of the major examination boards will be represented again this year, particularly in an extended question time panel session. So whatever questions you may have someone will be on hand to answer them.
