I'm trying to run qboot on multishell data with the command:
qboot -k data.nii.gz -m nodif_brain_mask.nii.gz -r bvecs -b bvals --q=qshells.txt --model=3 --logdir=qboot_model3
but am getting the following output:
Log directory is: qboot_model3
Multiple b-values have been detected. Three shells are assumed, acquired one after the other!
Mean b-values for detected shells are 1000, 2000 and 3000
At least one b=0 image is required! Exiting now!
I've double checked that bvecs and bvals list the first two values as 0, and qshells.txt is:
2 30 45 60
fslinfo of data.nii.gz shows 137 subbriks as it should.
Why does qboot think I don't have at least one b=0?
