Thank you, I believe I found out the needed steps for the correction by hand (by using the randomise options -N and -R), but the PALM procedure sounds much more convenient. If I understand correctly, this replaces randomise and I can use the dr_stage2_ic output files as input for PALM?
Since I want to use different design matrices for 10 different ICs, it seems I can use the PALM option -designperinput. In what way do I have to insert these 10 different matrices exactly? By first entering -designperinput followed by each matrix with its own -d in the same order as the ICs?
