Howdy FSL Experts
We have a block design study. Here is how we set up the Feat. We used the basic shape in the full model set-up of FEAT, with the off period being set to 0. At the beginning of the block we have a 4 second period that we are not interested in modeling, therefore, we set the Skip period to 4. The time we want to model is 180s, so that is our on period. Stop after period is set to -1.
This will be compared to a control block that occurs in a different session with the same set-up.
We would like to know whether within the block we need a rest period for the HRF to be correctly modeled. That is, can we have the off period set to 0? The FEAT didn't give an error, but we wanted to make sure that our approach is statistically correct.
Thank you!
