Hello Tina,
If you have manually installed FSL in this way, you need to make sure that your shell profile ( e.g. .bash_profile ) is set up to configure the FSL enviroment ( see https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FslInstallation/ShellSetup for more details ). If you shell is configured correctly, then you should be able to open a new terminal and access the FSL binaries.
Also FSL 5.0.0 is quite old now, you may want to download and update to the latest version ( 5.0.8 ) from our website ( possibly using some kind of download manager if you have a problematic web connection ).
