Hi FSL experts,
In FEAT, I am using the 3-column format for my event-related design. I understand that the second column is duration (in seconds) of the event. However, I came across this in one of FEAT's practicals:
http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/lectures/practicals/feat1/
The second column shows the duration of the events (in seconds). For experiments with events shorter than ~3sec and where all events are of an identical duration one can just leave this column to be ones (as we have done for this study).
My event-related design includes a stimulus duration of 200ms. Is it correct to use ones for the duration as this FEAT practical recommends? And if so why?
Thanks,
Danielle
