List members may be interested in this event which aims to bring together
heritage, visualisation and media specialists to collaborate, curate and
showcase cutting edge interpretation.
Building on the success of last year, the Archaeology department of the
University of York, UK, is organising the second annual Heritage Jam this
September. Last year we had some amazing
entries, ranging from apps to story boxes to cake! You can see them here:

The theme for this year is 'Museums & Collections' and you can participate
either as an individual or as a team. You can enter online (registration
now open) or come to the two day event held at the University on the 25 -
26 September 2015. For those coming in-person there is an exclusive
opportunity to sleep over in the Grade 1 listed building King's Manor, home
of the department of Archaeology.
This event is free to participate in and you do not need any particular
skills to take part - just a passion for creative interpretation. The
event will end with an exhibition and winners will be announced.
For more information, please see the website: www.heritagejam.org
We are also on Twitter: @HeritageJam and Facebook.
We really hope you can join us, either online or in person for this
exciting and creative event.
