Thanks for this Debbie. I've heard the same advice and I definitely use
it when planning.

Since you mentioned Prezi I wanted to share my experience with it as a
presenter. The one and only time I used it it was a complete disaster.
It turned out that you couldn't download and transfer a Prezi as you can
a Powerpoint which caused all sorts of problems with the venue. Even
presenting from the web was a problem as two of us had Prezi
presentations requiring a lot of logging in and out again. So just a
word of caution with Prezi - do your homework and make sure it works for
you. I'm sure there is a work-around to my problem but I didn't know it
or leave myself time to find it out.
