Hi Jianhao,
Are all the ctffind logfiles there? If so, the star file should be make
with all the CTF information in there. You could try rerunning the ctffind
wrapper if somehow it didn't work first time. If you have cryo-data, I
would try and solve this problem first. You can do class averaging without
CTF correction, but the results will be much worse.
