D2L, exhibitors at the recent ALT Annual Conference in Manchester, invite you to watch a webinar on their work helping institutions move away from their legacy VLE onto the Brightspace platform. The webinar presents the case of Eastern University, explaining their decision-making process in replacing their outdated VLE, the role of D2L, and the advantages of the Brightspace platform. 4.1 Blended Learning - A Whole College Approach, one-day conference, Bromsgrove, 09 November 2015
The key theme of this conference is the successful implementation of the SOLA (scheduled online learning and assessment) blended learning curriculum model at Heart of Worcestershire College over the last 5 years. Involvement of staff across the whole college was key: to help multiple staff from different roles attend the conference is operating “car share” and “bring a bus” offers. The conference is also available online through live video streaming.

4.2 Leading the Learning Landscape Network Event, 25 November 2015, 9.30 AM - 4 PM, Central London
This event offers a range of new topics and speakers to support the innovation and experimentation of Technology Enhanced Learning across the sector. Speakers include Linda Evans, Professor of Leadership and Professional Learning, and Prof. Neil Morris, Chair of Education Technology, both at the University of Leeds.
