We have - although our position is unusual as pathology in Somerset is provided through a JV with the independent sector - however that does mean that the Trusts have potential to recover VAT on it
In essence out MSC is not just a fiddle about consumables and meters, but includes everything from consumables to oversight by competent BMS staff from JV who are part of the Trust POCT committees.
Pitfalls - well as I defined what was required and provider had to cost against that, we get what we asked for
