Hello all,
With regards to the ACB proposition paper from March this year on albumin adjusted calcium. Have any Abbott users derived an equation that is different from the most commonly used equation: adjusted calcium = total calcium + 0.02 x [40 - Alb]
We have found our own locally dervied equation to be different to our current one; which is the same equation as above.
Many thanks.
