I can't help with peak_nii I'm afraid, but you could load the Imcalc image with xjview, then press "report", and in your Matlab window you should get a list of the different clusters, their no. of voxels (no idea what the "Peak MNI coordinate" refers to in case of a binary image), and no. of voxels located in anatomical subregions (based on labels included in the WFU PickAtlas and the AAL atlas).
