Yes, I got that, Pat. By the way, the expression 'crossed swords' in Australia has another meaning. It refers to the activity by two men, equally 'caught short' when only one toilet is available, of standing either side of the bowl, and unleashing urine flow at the same time, crossing, as it were, mid-stream. It helps to explain why you see long queues at women's toilets but rarely men's.
