No doubt you have seen the attached HSE info on this. Yes need a urine and blood sample testing. Also skin and respiratory monitoring. I would give HSL a call, I have always found the lab people extremely helpful and can point you to best guidance in a jiffy. I haven't got a specific HS form but whatever is used the question about kidney disease needs to be asked, I once came across a young lad who had one kidney, after a transplant, working in the metal plating industry with chromium and cadmium without knowing the risks to his kidney. Even more worryingly it had not been picked up by any screening providers previously because they had not asked the question, just did the routine blood/urine sampling.

Long time no post from me I know.... sorry hectic year.
Anyway anyone kind enough to have a health screening form they would share for above. I havent done cadmium screening for years. From what I remember it is a blood test and urine check....anyone that can give advice on best practice it would be appreciated.
