Postdoctoral Researcher (Digital Health)
Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Woodstock Road, Oxford
Grade 7: £30,434 - £37,394 p.a.
The Health Experiences Research Group within the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences is seeking an early career, postdoctoral health services researcher with a strong research interest in digital health (e-health). This exciting new post has arisen through funding for several new digital health research projects in the department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to several digital health studies including a programme of health services research studying online patient reviews and ratings, and an internet-based intervention study in the area of mental wellbeing. Other opportunities will arise as we grow our portfolio of digital health work. The role offers great potential for developing a career in this emerging field.
You will hold a PhD in health services research discipline or possess equivalent research experience, have experience of internet-related research within a health care setting, with excellent analytic, interpersonal, and communication skills, and a track record of publications in peer-reviewed academic journals.
The post is available full-time, fixed-term for 2 years. Part-time working will be considered.
