Hi MCGers
Would you like to join a brand new action research project Culture24 is running from October 2015 – April 2016?
‘Let’s Get Real Young Audiences’ will explore how arts and heritage organisations can get better at reaching and engaging children and young people with digital content. You’ll join a group of approx. 20 fellow professionals from a diverse range of organisations to learn from each other, from a range of experts pulled from within and beyond our sector and, of course, from young audiences themselves.
The project begins in October 2015 and takes the form of 3 face-to-face workshops, expert presentations, remote mentoring, homework tasks and free attendance to the Connecting Collections Conference 2016. It will build upon the methodology developed in our Let’s Get Real collaborative research work (currently 25 organisations are taking part in LGR phase 4) but is a separate and new project – you don’t have to know anything about our previous research to take part.
The project doesn’t receive external funding, it’s collaboratively funded by participants so costs £1600 plus VAT. There’s more info, including a full list of what’s covered in the project fee, estimates of the time you’ll need to set aside to participate and a link to the sign up form here:

Cheers all!
