NISO will be holding a two-part webinar on September 9 & 16 to explore the
management of electronic resources.
In Part 1 of this two-part webinar, speakers will address a variety of
licensing issues. A key component to the discussion will be a focus on
the critical pieces of a license, including privacy, accessibility,
preservation, migration, and the negotiation process between a library and
a vendor.

For the second half of this two-part series, speakers will focus on
staffing issues at different types of libraries and how staff manages
integration of e-resources into workflows, as well as a discussion about
whether or not to execute a reorganization.
