Temi:
The on line transactions of the Old Bailey Jan 1800 to Dec 1802 bring up eight cases which mention Middle Row including the theft from a shop there, a watchman who worked there, and a brazier there who had three stolen pewter pots in his possession.
You could try the same source for neighbouring streets, to get a feel for the neighbourhood or at least alleged crimes there.
It is oldbaileyonline.org

Hi Temi,
Maybe worth a trip to Museum of London Docklands to walk through Sailor Town.
The period is a bit later (1840s) after the local economy had been transformed
by the docks, but as a recreated environment it might help you on an
impressionistic level.
all the best
