We’re increasing our strategic investment in our sales, marketing, and BI operations and looking for at least one more experienced analyst to join our Sales Ops team.
If you’ve got great understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, a head for data, experience working with Salesforce, SQL, and Excel (and ideally Hubspot) then we need you!
At Redgate, Sales Ops are the stars that support our rather wonderful sales organisation. They act as a bridge between our marketing efforts and sales teams to ensure we have enough great leads to work on, working with senior managers, sales team leads, and individuals to define sales targets and manage lead allocation as well as providing strategic improvement projects to our sales and marketing systems and processes.
In fact it’s the strategic stuff that we’re wanting to build longer-term capacity for. The tactical work is under control but we really need more great people to help us deliver on some exciting new challenges.
This isn’t a typical sales team and it’s not typical BI or sales admin role.
