Hello Danielle,
Higher level analysis splits up the data into axial slices for easier processing. This message is telling you that there were no relevant voxels to analyse in slice 72 - if this is a slice at the edge of the FOV then this is reasonable, if the slice is in the centre of the brain, you might want to take a closer look at your data. You can also look at the "raw" cope and zstat images in the stats folder for that contrast to get a better idea of how the analysis has gone.
