Dear List
Surely users of the software should not have to do this. What is required is for the authors of the software to withdraw it and then undertaken the correct QA and testing procedures on it before making it available again.

Morning all.
Whilst I am really enjoying the master class in Excel, would it not make sense to send a copy of the corrected software back to its originators for re-uploading to the website ?
I am sure the level of tweaking the software needs will have many of us tied up in knots......
Cheers
Steve

Thanks Lauren, I think I've fixed mine. Its a good job they decided to publish it without protection.
I think that what has happened is that in including the option to select the 90%ile for the 2 chosen food crops they have forgotten to copy across the VLookup formula so that the VLookup command for the soil to dust transport factor was still trying to load the value from column 63 (which is now a Yes or a No) rather than column 69 where the correct number now lives.
At least I've now learnt how to unhide worksheets, although I'll probably have forgotten how by the next time I need to.
Cheers
Clive
