Hi all
We've got Ultra installed on our staging server and it seems to work fine - well, mostly fine, and looks great too! Initial issues include no language pack for us (UK), so we get prompts like '???menu.publish.link.course???', and a lack of (my) understanding around how to select Classic or Ultra Collaborate.
Please would you answer some of my questions?
1) I'm creating a testing plan - so anyone got a plan they would be able to share - a plan for any web conferencing system would be useful - and integrated one more so.
2) Has anyone experienced the "Collaborate Ultra Users Placed in Orphaned Room" issues described here: https://blackboard.secure.force.com/btbb_articleview?id=kA370000000H9NkCAK
3) Malcolm Murray has initiated a thread on the Blackboard Community (echoing my issues above) - this one:
https://blackboard.jiveon.com/thread/1145
... where he mentions the international prompts, and how to select Ultra vs Classic Collaborate. If you are looking at Ultra this will be really useful to you. If you have any further thoughts please let me know.
4) Finally, are there any other topics / worries that I should be testing for?
Very kindest regards to all,
David
