Hi
In one sample t test of schizophrenia patients for a specific contrast we see activations in a wide range of areas but there's no activation in the DLPFC. However the controls activated the DLPFC as revealed by a one sample t test for the same contrast.
But in a two sample t test for the same contrast the analysis revealed a higher activation of the DLPFC of schizophrenia patients compared to controls.
Is there a rational explanation for these results?
Thanks...
Karny
