Dear Brunno,
the automatic conversion is meant to be a simple rewriting of the batch
structure such that the 'same' algorithms are called (eg SPM8's Segment
becomes SPM12's Old Segment). See spm12/config/spm_rewrite_job.m.
I'd recommend that on the long term you adjust your batch scripts for
SPM12 compatibility instead of relying on this conversion tool.
