Subject: Cloud Storage and Local Authorities
Hello colleagues,
Wirral Council is currently considering the extent to which it might use (Microsoft) cloud storage for its data. Naturally, our prime concern here is for personal data, particularly sensitive information such as that held in social care case files.
I am sure that many local authorities have already come to an informed decision on this, and it would be invaluable for us to know what others decided, and why.
If anyone is willing to share this information, I would be very grateful. Replies off list are welcome – [log in to unmask]
Many thanks in advance,
Simon
