My client is seeking a Land Referencing Manager.
This is a full time role managing the company's Land Referencing Services for compulsory purchase and infrastructure projects. In addition to providing property ownership data, the company provides a range of supporting services including the production of Books of Reference, Land Plans, Notices and Schedules.
The ideal candidate would be able to:
• Support surveyors in identifying land ownerships on major projects
• Process land referencing searches through the Land Registry, Companies House, Electoral Roll and local authorities.
• Interrogate and interprete Land Registry Titles, Conveyances and other land and property related documents
• Update in-house GIS database with land interest information
• Work alongside our GIS analysts
• Process and manage data collected externally
• Manage the Company Land Referencing Process
• Identify improvements and added value to the company's Referencing Service
The candidate will need to demonstrate:
• Excellent all round IT skills
• Proven ability to prioritise heavy workloads and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail & self-motivated
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• That they are accustomed to working in a busy team environment
• Previous experience of undertaking and interrogating property searches
The role is based in Oxfordshire.
Salary Range
• Dependent on experience and qualifications (£22k-30k)
